To date, we had not all met as a big group and the majority of our communications were achieved via a Whatsapp group chat or individually meeting with those closest to our particular role to collaborate. We all met in the pub to initial discuss each of our roles and what we have achieved so far and then for Dan (CEO) to talk about the overall progress and some of the things we need to be made aware of and then the plan of action that needs to be put in place from now.

Conclusion:
Visual communication is the most important element currently in order to engage with the target audience and build up a strong delivery of what the festival will be like and whether or not it is something that they will want to attend. With this in mind I scheduled a meeting with the social media guy to develop a gantt chart of exactly what and when we will be posting on social media. As we were in the zone and motivated, we stayed on afterwards to get some of the ideas on Illustrator and brought to life as what they could look like on social media.
