Jungle Se7ens - Social media planning

I met with Ben who is in charge of social media output to discuss making a gantt chart of exactly when content will be posted on social media and what will be said. This will help to set personal deadlines as I am starting to be given a lot of work from the festival team and this needs to be balanced with other projects. 

Currently we have this as a check list in regards to what needs to be produced for the festival as a whole but we now need to fully time schedule this into achievable targets to maximise social media coverage of the festival. 



The social media worker Ben and I sat down together and planned out exactly which of the content would be posted and on what date roughy. We also made note of the potential elements that we would discuss on the posts so that we could ensure in the run-up to the festival, all information was covered and the audience were completely aware of what the festival would entail. Another way that I time kept throughput this process was by using the gantt chart that the manager made in terms of the needed outputs and  ensure that they were all ticked off by the individual deadlines.
