Poster:
For the poster mockups, we put all the designs on the same mockup, but used alternating backgrounds, to contrast the design. Therefore, if the poster was white it would have a dark grey/black background.
To show the design on the poster drums in Leeds, we took an image of one of the drums in Hyde Park. I then placed the image on and used the warp tool to curve it to the shape of the drum. Then using the creased paper below I overlaid the texture to make it appear as if the poster had been pasted on, making it more realistic.
External Signage:
Like the posters, Emma took an image of the external signage and used photoshop to import my own image. It was noticed that the signage had a reflection on them, so she added in a reflection texture, and then distorted the designs to fit the size of the image. Emma then used the mask tool to crop the reflection to the shape of the design to make it look realistic.
