Studio Brief 1: Final crit logotype proposals

The 'O' has been remove and replaced with a shape that represents the layout of the numbers on a clock. The design still appears sophisticated and stylish because of the Bodoni typeface, but subtly shows what the branding is for (high-end watch shop).

I tilted the 'O' clockwise to represent the direction time moves on a watch face. I think also looked at the structure of Stonehenge and created a geometric representation of this as the pattern on the 'O'.

The symbol above the word is made up of Stonehenge rock silhouettes and arranged into the Sirius shape. This allows two historical elements to be represented in this design.

This logo uses Bodoni, but the all o the line widths have been thinned, to fit in with how people would expect fashion brands to appear. The logo's line widths have also been manipulated so that they match the typeface. The Sirius symbol was used, representing the first method of time telling. This will also stand alone of the smaller products, to represent the brand.

This logotype uses the bodoni, following the rule that high-end brands use high contrasted line widths but to make it unique, the letters are overlapped rather widely spaced.
