A photographer that I am friends with has a visual style that I really like and think could compliment well with my style. He had recently visited Tokyo so I asked if I could see his photos to initially act as research o the aesthetic and general social interactions that he had noticed. It then lead to the idea of collaging some of the images to make up some visual references based on the storyline and then moving forward to maybe develop into being a book cover design.
