Design for Screen - Idea feedback

The idea to have an app which allows creatives to access all websites and blogs of inspiration and interest in one place, with the days highlights published straight to the timeline was what I pitched to my group.

Aggregate:  'a whole formed by combining several separate elements'

The feedback was positive and helpful:
- can choose topics or websites/blogs to follow
- artist/designers profiles with links to their social media/websites also with the ability to be able to favourite the profiles so that you can build up a collection of inspiration that is easy to access
- would need to make it look different to the other social media and news apps so that it stands out to be a little different and appealing to those that are design conscious and aware
- a location feature could be included so that it is easy to find all of the local design studios, art galleries and art shops in the area
- weekly list of exhibition and creative events that should be attended
- Guerilla Art is something that is popular to a lot of creatives as it often sparks inspiration and can say a lot about different locations and the creative scene within them

Research: Guerilla art is also known as 'street art', a method of art making where the artist leaves anonymous art pieces in public spaces. It is often an installation in an unauthorised location and it allows for an artist to express their views and opinions to a large audience in an anonymous way. The app could allow the user to say their location and be directed to a list of different locations in which they would be able to find the 'Guerilla Art' or areas of creative inspiration.

I will need to consider exactly which categories I do want to include as I need to make sure that I do not develop too many areas on the app and confuse the concept. The target audience needs to be researched and this will allow for the exact needs to be identified and addressed.
